Crafted in Barbados, Plantation Pineapple Stiggins’ Fancy is a premium flavoured rum that pays homage to a classic 19th-century recipe. Made by infusing ripe Queen Victoria pineapples in both Plantation Original Dark Rum and Plantation 3 Stars White Rum, it delivers a rich, tropical profile that’s beautifully balanced with depth and spice.
The nose is aromatic and inviting with caramelised pineapple, brown sugar, vanilla and gentle oak, while the palate is smooth and full-bodied, showcasing juicy pineapple, molasses, citrus zest, spice and a touch of smoke, all carried by a rounded, velvety texture. The finish is long, warm and fruity, with lingering notes of baked pineapple and spice.
Bottled at 40% ABV, Plantation Pineapple is excellent neat, over ice, or in tropical cocktails like a Piña Colada, Mai Tai or Rum Punch.
