Featuring native botanicals such as roasted wattleseed, pink grapefruit peel, and Australian sea salt, it offers a refreshing and subtly savoury flavour profile.
The nose is fresh and aromatic with citrus zest, juniper, light florals and a hint of sea breeze, while the palate is smooth and vibrant, delivering zesty grapefruit, soft spice, coastal minerality, subtle native botanicals and a clean juniper backbone.
