Matured in a mix of 85% ex-bourbon and 15% sherry casks, this expression balances intense peat smoke with bright citrus, creamy malt, and subtle sherry sweetness, delivering a powerful yet beautifully structured dram.
The nose offers bonfire smoke, coastal brine, lemon zest, vanilla and gentle spice, while the palate is full-bodied and oily, revealing rich peat smoke, sweet malt, toasted oak, earthy spice, citrus brightness and a touch of dried fruit from the sherry influence. The finish is long, smoky and warming, with lingering maritime notes and spice.
