The nose presents aromas of citrus, green apple and malted barley, layered with hints of honey, vanilla and gentle peat smoke. On the palate, flavours of lemon zest, sweet malt and creamy vanilla are complemented by light spice, dried fruit and a touch of salinity. Soft peat and oak influence add structure without overwhelming the fruit.
